I am currently depositing money into my Full Tilt Poker. I did try a gift for the card that used in the TD. If I decide to deduct money from my account, it is possible to be restarted on my gift card? I put a debit card? I will not pass through the long process in which the controls.

No, you can not remove a card in a poker site. From my experience it is much easier and faster to verify that the electronic payment methods.
